1st Course - Japanese Lager
Beer Glazed Teriyaki Chicken Skewers
Tender, flame-grilled chicken skewers tossed in a house-made teriyaki sauce infused with crisp Japanese Lager.

2nd Course - IPA
Hop Infused BBQ Meatballs
Juicy, slow simmered meatballs tossed in a robust house BBQ sauce.

3rd Course -Tropical Haze
Hot Honey Pork Sliders
Slow roasted pork tossed in a decadent hot honey reduction, served on a pretzel bun with a sweet and spicy slaw.

4th Course - Lager
French Onion Steak Pinwheel with Beer Cheese Sauce
Tender, marinated skirt steak rolled with deeply caramelized onions and melted provolone cheese, grilled to a juicy finish. Smothered in a rich, velvety beer cheese sauce.

5th Course - Hazy IPA
Sticky Banana Bread Pudding
Warm banana bread pudding baked until golden and gooey, drenched in a rich sticky Hazy IPA Caramel sauce with Vanilla Bean ice cream
